JAKARTA – Telkom Indonesia reported consolidated revenue of Rp37.2 trillion in the first quarter of 2026, marking a 1.5% year-on-year increase despite macroeconomic headwinds.
The company’s performance underscores the strength of its fundamentals and the momentum of its ongoing TLKM 30 transformation strategy, aimed at reshaping its portfolio across consumer and enterprise segments.
Revenue and Profitability
The telecommunications giant posted EBITDA of Rp18 trillion, with a margin of 48.3%, reflecting operational efficiency.

Net profit stood at Rp4.3 trillion, pressured by accelerated depreciation tied to infrastructure investments.
However, normalized net profit reached Rp5.1 trillion, translating to a healthier margin of 13.8%.
Operating cash flow rose 3.1% YoY to Rp17.3 trillion, supported by cost optimization programs.
Consumer Segment (B2C)
Telkomsel, the company’s mobile arm, contributed Rp27.6 trillion in revenue, up 1.3% YoY, driven by digital services expansion.
Data payload grew 2.3% YoY, while average revenue per user (ARPU) climbed to Rp45,100, a 6.4% increase that signals improved market conditions.
Telkomsel continues to focus on digital lifestyle services and network expansion, reinforcing its position in Indonesia’s competitive mobile market.
Enterprise and Infrastructure (B2B)
Infrastructure revenue reached Rp2.4 trillion, up 6.8% YoY, led by Fiber-to-the-Tower (FTTT) initiatives.
Subsidiary Mitratel booked Rp2.3 trillion in revenue with an EBITDA margin of 82.7%, supported by fiber optic expansion to 58,279 km.
Data center businesses NeutraDC and NeuCentrIX saw rising demand, with consolidation plans underway to streamline operations.
Wholesale and international services generated Rp2.8 trillion, with interconnection services surging 18.9% QoQ.
Meanwhile, the ICT segment posted Rp3.1 trillion in revenue, though restructuring efforts are ongoing to improve competitiveness.
Transformation Strategy
Telkom allocated Rp4.9 trillion in capital expenditure, representing 13.2% of revenue, with nearly all directed toward infrastructure.
The company is advancing its TLKM 30 transformation, which includes divesting non-core assets such as AdMedika Group by mid 2026 and separating its fiber business into InfraNexia by Q3 2026.
This move aims to boost fiber’s contribution to revenue from 15% to 25%.
The strategy also emphasizes building a digital ecosystem, expanding AI-driven ICT services, and strengthening international operations to balance B2C and B2B portfolios.
CEO Dian Siswarini described 2026 as a year of both challenges and opportunities, highlighting Telkom’s commitment to accelerating transformation.
The company aims to enhance customer experience, expand digital inclusivity, and reinforce its ecosystem to sustain long-term growth.
