Jakarta, June 24, 2026 – RANS Entertainment, the media and lifestyle company founded by celebrity couple Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina, is preparing to enter Indonesia’s capital market with an initial public offering (IPO) that could raise as much as Rp429 billion.
The move positions RANS as one of the most prominent entertainment firms to test investor appetite in Jakarta this year.
The company, which began as PT RNR Film Internasional before rebranding in 2021, plans to issue 2.525 billion new shares, equivalent to 20.02 percent of its post-IPO capital.
Shares will be offered in a price range of Rp135 to Rp170, with book building scheduled from June 23 to June 25, 2026. PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk has been appointed as the underwriter.

At the lower end of the price range, RANS could raise Rp340.87 billion, while the upper limit would generate Rp429.25 billion.
This translates into a market capitalization between Rp1.7 trillion and Rp2.14 trillion, underscoring the scale of the offering for a company rooted in entertainment and celebrity branding.
Founded on the strength of Raffi Ahmad’s popularity, RANS has evolved into a diversified ecosystem spanning media production, event management, and intellectual property development.
The company’s strategy emphasizes building and monetizing IP assets, creating content that resonates across platforms, and expanding brand partnerships.
This approach reflects broader trends in Indonesia’s entertainment sector, where celebrity-driven enterprises are increasingly seen as scalable ventures.
Yet, the IPO also highlights inherent risks.
Analysts note that RANS’s fortunes remain closely tied to the public image of its founders, making investor confidence vulnerable to shifts in celebrity appeal.
Competition from established media conglomerates and digital platforms adds further pressure, while the company’s ability to diversify revenue streams beyond traditional entertainment will be critical to sustaining growth.
The offering comes at a time when Indonesia’s capital market is witnessing heightened interest in consumer and digital sectors.
For investors, RANS represents both high visibility and high volatility a brand with cultural resonance but dependent on its ability to translate popularity into consistent financial performance.
Regulatory approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) remains pending, but the IPO is already drawing attention as a cultural milestone.
If successful, RANS Entertainment would not only secure fresh capital but also signal the growing role of celebrity led companies in shaping Indonesia’s corporate landscape.
In essence, the IPO is more than a financial transaction it is a test of whether star power can be institutionalized within the country’s capital markets.
For investors weighing the opportunity, the offering presents a blend of promise and uncertainty, emblematic of Indonesia’s evolving entertainment economy.
